Cancellation with a minimum of 5 business days’ notice before the first session allows for a refund (total fees paid minus non-refundable VicRoads fees & administration fee).
Cancellation without 5 business days’ notice makes you ineligible for a refund.
If you are unwell and cannot attend, a medical certificate within 5 days of the program start date allows you to transfer to another program per the Transfer Policy.
Breach of Conditions of Attendance results in ineligibility for a refund or transfer to another program.
