Mandatory Behaviour Change Programs are imposed for drink-driving, drug-driving, combined drink and drug-driving, and serious driving offences involving alcohol or drugs.
If an offender needs to complete a Drink Driver Program, Drug Driver Program or an Intensive Drink and Drug Program, it will depend on the nature of the offence, along with any prior offending.
